Terms & Conditions

v  Always refer to individual spree for exchange rates.

v  Minimum order amount must be met before each spree closes.

v  You’re responsible to check your email for any updates or changes, and make prompt payment to avoid delays.

v  Order(s) will be confirmed once payment received.

v  Strongly advice to make payment before sprees ends.

v  If you’re making payment through Internet Banking other than POSB/DBS please transfer the money early, as it will take 2 to 3 working days for it to transfer.

v  Strictly No Payment, No orders.

v  Once spree items are purchased, Refunds or Exchanges is forbidden.

v  You’re responsible to check the Item(s) in the specific chart. (http://www.zipia.net/Shopping/size/size.htm) before making any order. Zipia.net does not accept exchanges or refund of wrong size and/or colour.

v  If item(s) is out of stock when we are placing orders from zipia.net, you will have a full refund for the item(s).

v  We are not liable for any items lost or damage during the shipping.

v  We reserved the rights to terminate/cancel any sprees at anytime. Buyers will be notified and a full refund will be made accordingly.

v  All orders will be send out by post.

v  In any case where I’ve failed to detect any defect in the item, please contact me immediately so that I can contact zipia.net regarding the matter. They will not accept any returns and give refunds after 10 days from the day we sign acceptance of shipment.

** Spree-ers that opt for mailing but decide to change to meetup after the items has arrived and been packed, will have to pay $0.50 for each paper envelope wasted and $1.00 for each jumbo plastic envelope wasted.
